RESTING PLACE
RESTING PLACE
A new multidisciplinary art work, Resting Place is an invitation for people to gather around the experience of rest.
When was the last time someone invited you to have a really good rest?
The first iteration of Resting Place took place on Friday 27th June 2025 at Helston Old Chapel.
An afternoon of sound, movement and drawing that invited a sense of rest, ease and spaciousness, in a beautiful space, in good company. A collaboration between choreographer Kyra Norman, composer Kath Buckler and artist Faye Dobinson.
We gathered, observed, lay or sat in peace, reflected, became absorbed. Visitors found their own pace and pathway, on the day.
Future iterations in development for 2026.
Come and rest with us.
